Purchase

All prices shown include VAT. Leah Flower Studio reserves the right to correct any errors related to pricing, availability, or product information.
Payment
Payments in the Leah Flower Studio web shop are processed securely via Stripe. All transactions are protected through an encrypted SSL connection, ensuring your information remains private. Any personal details shared during checkout are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Order Changes or Cancellation
If you would like to make changes to your order — including bouquet selection, size, delivery address, or gift message — please contact us as soon as possible via email. We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, changes requested less than 2 calendar days before the delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Orders may be cancelled up to 3 calendar days prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. For orders placed with shorter notice, or once flowers have already been ordered or prepared, refunds may no longer be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
Returns
Because flowers are prepared fresh and have a limited lifespan, returns on floral products are not possible. Any non-floral items may only be returned if this has been agreed in advance (excluding cards that are non-refundable). Where a return is approved, the cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Flower Freshness
Every bouquet is created using flowers that are ordered specifically for that week’s deliveries to ensure the highest possible quality and longevity. As we follow seasonal availability, the flower selection changes regularly and designs are adapted accordingly while staying true to the intended style and colour palette.
Arrangements are crafted to look their best at the time of delivery and, with proper care, can be enjoyed for several days. Please note that flower longevity may vary depending on the type of flowers, environmental conditions, and how they are cared for. We recommend following the care instructions provided to help your bouquet stay fresh for as long as possible. When taken care of, most bloom last for more than 7 days depending on the variety. Designs are made to last at least 7 days.
If your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or shows signs of deterioration within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us via email with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or compensation. This guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction based on personal taste or aesthetic preference.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery is available within the Amsterdam ring for a flat fee of €10. Delivery to locations outside this area may be possible upon request and may incur an additional charge.
The delivery date and available time window are selected during checkout and may vary depending on the day and order volume. While every effort is made to deliver within the chosen timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Collection is available by arrangement. If you would like to collect your order, please select the collection option at checkout or contact us in advance to confirm availability and details.
Delivery Date and Timing
Delivery is scheduled according to the date selected at checkout, and every effort is made to ensure orders arrive as planned. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control — such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions — may affect delivery timing. If this happens, you will be informed promptly.
