As we are a flower studio without daily customer-facing operations, we do not offer phone support as a standard contact option. If needed, phone contact can be arranged after getting in touch with us by email, once we are aware of the context of your request.

Delivery is available within the Amsterdam ring for a flat fee of €10. Delivery outside this area may be possible upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Yes, collection is available by arrangement on Prinseneiland, Amsterdam. Please select the collection option at checkout and we will provide you details in an email.

Delivery dates and time windows are selected during checkout. While we do our best to deliver within the chosen timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Orders outside our regular delivery schedule may be possible by prior agreement and subject to availability. Due to limited capacity, we reserve the right to decline such requests. That said, we are always happy to advise and explore options with you — please get in touch by email to discuss your needs.

The life of your arrangement depends on how well it is cared for. Place your flowers in a clean vase filled about two-thirds with fresh, room-temperature water. Before arranging, remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline and trim the stems diagonally by at least 1 cm.

Keep your bouquet out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources or drafts. Refresh the water and re-trim the stems every two to three days to help extend their life. Each flower fades at its own pace, and removing individual stems as they age allows the rest of the arrangement to stay fresh longer.

With proper care, most bouquets can be enjoyed for at least seven days, often longer depending on the flower varieties.

If your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or deteriorates within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us via email with clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or compensation.

This does not apply to dissatisfaction based on personal taste or aesthetic preference.

All bouquets are made using flowers ordered specifically for that week’s deliveries to ensure maximum freshness. As we work with seasonal availability, flower selections may vary while staying true to the intended style and colour palette.

With proper care, most bouquets last at least 7 days, often longer depending on the variety.

Each week, we choose a colour palette guided by seasonal availability and our own preferences, allowing the flowers to lead the design.

You are welcome to share colour preferences or general flower requests, and we will do our best to take them into account.

If you would like to make changes to your order (bouquet, size, delivery address, or gift message), please contact us as soon as possible via email info@leahflowers.nl.

• Order changes requested less than 2 calendar days before delivery cannot be guaranteed.

• Orders may be cancelled up to 3 calendar days before the delivery date for a full refund.

• For last-minute orders or once flowers have been ordered or prepared, refunds may no longer be possible due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Because flowers are prepared fresh and have a limited lifespan, returns on floral products are not possible.
Non-floral items may only be returned if agreed in advance (excluding cards, which are non-refundable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
